Making an approved stamp, step by step
- Open the stamp maker and pick the Approved template, or type your own wording.
- Choose the shape and ink colour, size it like a real stamp, and add a logo, a date or a number.
- Export a PNG or JPG for $1.50, or every format zipped for $3.00 including the editable Word file.

Every preview on this page carries a faint Stamp-Seal watermark. Your own download does not: the editor renders your stamp again, clean, as a transparent PNG, an SVG or a PDF. See the full template library.

Questions people ask
Is the approved stamp free?
Free until you want the file. The approved stamp previews at full quality with nothing over it, and only the download is charged: $1.50 for one image format, $3.00 for all of them zipped.
Can I add a date to the approved stamp?
Add a date line anywhere on the approved stamp. If you type a date it stays put; if you leave it empty it becomes today's date each time the file is generated, which is usually what a dated stamp is for.
What format do I get?
A transparent PNG is the one most people want, and it is available on its own. SVG, PDF, EPS and Word are pack-only, because a vector that rescales forever is not the same product as a flat image.
Do I get a template or something I can edit?
Neither a static approved stamp template nor a stock image: a approved stamp generator you drive, and a approved stamp maker in the sense that matters, which is that nothing is fixed. Choose a approved stamp sample layout, rework the approved stamp design, build the approved stamp online and download when it looks right. The approved stamp price is $1.50 for a single approved stamp png or $3.00 for every format zipped.
