Making a received stamp, step by step
- Open the stamp maker and pick the Received template, or type your own wording.
- Size it, colour it, pick a border, and put the logo, date or serial exactly where you want them.
- Export the image for documents, or the whole set if you also need it in print or in Word.

Every preview on this page carries a faint Stamp-Seal watermark. Your own download does not: the editor renders your stamp again, clean, as a transparent PNG, an SVG or a PDF. See the full template library.

Questions people ask
Is the received stamp free?
Designing is free and unlimited. Downloading the received stamp is $1.50 for a single image, or $3.00 for every format at once. One payment either way, with no subscription attached.
Can I add a date to the received stamp?
Yes. A date, a time, or both, positioned wherever they fit the received stamp. An empty date field means "whenever this is used", so the impression records the real day.
What format do I get?
A transparent PNG for dropping onto documents, plus a white-background PNG and a JPG. The $3.00 pack adds an SVG, a print-ready PDF and a Word file that keeps the date and serial as text you can retype.
Do I get a template or something I can edit?
Neither a static received stamp template nor a stock image: a received stamp generator you drive, and a received stamp maker in the sense that matters, which is that nothing is fixed. Choose a received stamp sample layout, rework the received stamp design, build the received stamp online and download when it looks right. The received stamp price is $1.50 for a single received stamp png or $3.00 for every format zipped.
