- Open the stamp maker and pick the School Stamp template, or type your own wording.

- Download the PNG for everyday use, or the pack when the SVG and PDF are going to matter later.

Every preview on this page carries a faint Stamp-Seal watermark. Your own download does not: the editor renders your stamp again, clean, as a transparent PNG, an SVG or a PDF. See the full template library.
What School Stamp says: a worked sample
ST MARY’S SECONDARY SCHOOL MINISTRY OF EDUCATION REG. No. 04/117 P.O. Box 118, Nakuru Est. 1974
The registration number is what a university or an employer checks when verifying a transcript, so it belongs on the mark rather than only on the letterhead.

Questions people ask
Is the school stamp free?
Yes to design it, no to download it. Building a school stamp costs nothing and needs no account, and you can edit it for as long as you like. Getting the file out is $1.50 for a single image format, or $3.00 for the full pack.
Can I add a date to the school stamp?
Add a date line anywhere on the school stamp. If you type a date it stays put; if you leave it empty it becomes today's date each time the file is generated, which is usually what a dated stamp is for.
What format do I get?
A transparent PNG for dropping onto documents, plus a white-background PNG and a JPG. The $3.00 pack adds an SVG, a print-ready PDF and a Word file that keeps the date and serial as text you can retype.
Template, or something I actually build?
A school stamp maker with samples to start from. A downloadable school stamp template locks you into whatever it was drawn at, whereas a school stamp design here changes whenever you need it to and the school stamp generator rebuilds it instantly. Create the school stamp online, and pay only for the file: the school stamp price is $1.50 for a school stamp png, $3.00 for everything, starting from any school stamp sample.
