Partnership stamp for firms and LLPs
A partnership stamps in the firm’s name rather than any partner’s, which is why a for and on behalf of stamp is the usual wording, which is the whole point: the document binds the firm, and the mark has to say so.
Making a partnership stamp, step by step
- Open the stamp maker and pick the Partnership stamp template, or type your own wording.
- Change the shape, the ink and the border weight, then add the logo and any line that has to update.
- Pick a PNG or a JPG on its own, or take everything at once including the retypable Word version.

Every preview on this page carries a faint Stamp-Seal watermark. Your own download does not: the editor renders your stamp again, clean, as a transparent PNG, an SVG or a PDF. See the full template library.

Questions people ask
Is the partnership stamp free?
There is no charge to make a partnership stamp, no account needed, and no watermark on what you see. The charge is for the file, $1.50 for one format or $3.00 for the complete set.
Can I add a date to the partnership stamp?
Add a date line anywhere on the partnership stamp. If you type a date it stays put; if you leave it empty it becomes today's date each time the file is generated, which is usually what a dated stamp is for.
What format do I get?
You choose an image format for $1.50, or take everything zipped for $3.00. The pack is where the SVG and the PDF live, and where the Word version of the partnership stamp keeps its date as real text.
Is there a free maker, or only samples?
It is a partnership stamp maker rather than a partnership stamp template you download and then fight with in a word processor. Build a partnership stamp online from a partnership stamp sample, or start empty and use it as a partnership stamp generator: every part of the partnership stamp design stays adjustable. The partnership stamp price covers the file only, $1.50 for a transparent partnership stamp png or $3.00 for every format.
