Courier stamp for delivery and collection
A courier stamp is pressed at handover, and it is the mark a shipper points to when a consignment is disputed, so the date and time on it are the entire evidential value.
Making a courier stamp, step by step
- Open the stamp maker and pick the Courier stamp template, or type your own wording.
- Set the diameter so it reads at real size, choose a border, and position the logo and the date line.
- One image format is $1.50. The zip at $3.00 adds the vector, the print PDF and the Word file.

Every preview on this page carries a faint Stamp-Seal watermark. Your own download does not: the editor renders your stamp again, clean, as a transparent PNG, an SVG or a PDF. See the full template library.

Questions people ask
Is the courier stamp free?
Designing and previewing a courier stamp is free, with no account and no watermark on the preview. The file is the paid part: $1.50 for a PNG or JPG, or $3.00 for every format in one zip, paid once.
Can I add a date to the courier stamp?
Add a date line anywhere on the courier stamp. If you type a date it stays put; if you leave it empty it becomes today's date each time the file is generated, which is usually what a dated stamp is for.
What format do I get?
Single formats are the images: a transparent PNG, a white-background PNG or a JPG. The vector and document versions of the courier stamp, meaning SVG, PDF, EPS and Word, come with the all-formats pack.
How much does it cost, and what do I get?
You build it. The courier stamp sample layouts are starting points rather than the product, so this is closer to a courier stamp generator than a courier stamp template. Adjust the courier stamp design, build the courier stamp online, preview at real size, then pay once. As a courier stamp maker it charges nothing to try, and the courier stamp price is $1.50 for a transparent courier stamp png or $3.00 for the whole pack.
