Transcript stamp for certified academic copies
A transcript stamp turns a printed record into a certified one, and the wording matters more than the design: it has to say who certified it and when, or the receiving institution treats it as a photocopy.
Making a transcript stamp, step by step
- Open the stamp maker and pick the Transcript stamp template, or type your own wording.
- Change the shape, the ink and the border weight, then add the logo and any line that has to update.
- Pick a PNG or a JPG on its own, or take everything at once including the retypable Word version.

Every preview on this page carries a faint Stamp-Seal watermark. Your own download does not: the editor renders your stamp again, clean, as a transparent PNG, an SVG or a PDF. See the full template library.

Questions people ask
Is the transcript stamp free?
There is no charge to make a transcript stamp, no account needed, and no watermark on what you see. The charge is for the file, $1.50 for one format or $3.00 for the complete set.
Can I add a date to the transcript stamp?
Yes. A date, a time, or both, positioned wherever they fit the transcript stamp. An empty date field means "whenever this is used", so the impression records the real day.
What format do I get?
A transparent PNG for dropping onto documents, plus a white-background PNG and a JPG. The $3.00 pack adds an SVG, a print-ready PDF and a Word file that keeps the date and serial as text you can retype.
Is there a free maker, or only samples?
This is a free transcript stamp maker. Pick a transcript stamp sample for a head start or use the blank transcript stamp generator, then change every line of the transcript stamp design. Everything happens with the transcript stamp online in your browser. The transcript stamp price is per file rather than monthly, $1.50 for a transcript stamp png and $3.00 for the pack, and a transcript stamp template never enters into it.
