Power of attorney stamp for authority documents
A power of attorney is relied on by strangers, often abroad, so the marks on it carry more weight than on almost any other document a company issues.
Making a power of attorney stamp, step by step
- Open the stamp maker and pick the Power of attorney stamp template, or type your own wording.
- Style it: shape, border, ink colour and size, plus a logo and the date or serial if you need them.

Questions people ask
Is the power of attorney stamp free?
You can design a power of attorney stamp and look at it as long as you want without paying or signing up. Downloading costs $1.50 for a PNG or JPG, or $3.00 for the pack with the vector and document formats in it.
Can I add a date to the power of attorney stamp?
The power of attorney stamp takes a date, a time and a serial number, in any combination. An empty date fills itself in at download; a typed one is treated as a deliberate record and left alone.
What format do I get?
Images on their own: transparent PNG, white PNG, JPG, and high-resolution versions of each. The pack adds the SVG, the print PDF and the Word file where the date and serial stay editable text.
Template, or something I actually build?
A power of attorney stamp maker with samples to start from. A downloadable power of attorney stamp template locks you into whatever it was drawn at, whereas a power of attorney stamp design here changes whenever you need it to and the power of attorney stamp generator rebuilds it instantly. Create the power of attorney stamp online, and pay only for the file: the power of attorney stamp price is $1.50 for a power of attorney stamp png, $3.00 for everything, starting from any power of attorney stamp sample.

Stamp-Seal is a design tool. What a notarial or legal mark must carry is set by the authority that issued the commission or the appointment, and it differs sharply between jurisdictions, so check your own paperwork before relying on any layout here. This page describes common practice rather than giving legal advice. Only produce a mark you hold the authority to use: a stamp in the name of an office you do not hold is forgery.
