Foundation seal for grants and governance

A foundation seal appears on grant award letters and board records, the documents a grantee keeps on file and produces to their own auditor later.

Making a foundation seal, step by step

  1. Open the stamp maker and pick the Foundation seal template, or type your own wording.
  2. Set the diameter so it reads at real size, choose a border, and position the logo and the date line.
  3. Download a single image format, or the zip with the SVG and print-ready PDF alongside it.

Every preview on this page carries a faint Stamp-Seal watermark. Your own download does not: the editor renders your stamp again, clean, as a transparent PNG, an SVG or a PDF. See the full template library.

Questions people ask

Is the foundation seal free?

Designing is free and unlimited. Downloading the foundation seal is $1.50 for a single image, or $3.00 for every format at once. One payment either way, with no subscription attached.

Can I add a date to the foundation seal?

Yes, and you can add a time beside it. On a foundation seal the date can either be one you type, which stays fixed, or left blank so it resolves at the moment of each download.

What format do I get?

A transparent PNG is the one most people want, and it is available on its own. SVG, PDF, EPS and Word are pack-only, because a vector that rescales forever is not the same product as a flat image.

Do I get a template or something I can edit?

You build it. The foundation seal sample layouts are starting points rather than the product, so this is closer to a foundation seal generator than a foundation seal template. Adjust the foundation seal design, build the foundation seal online, preview at real size, then pay once. As a foundation seal maker it charges nothing to try, and the foundation seal price is $1.50 for a transparent foundation seal png or $3.00 for the whole pack.
