Every preview on this page carries a faint Stamp-Seal watermark. Your own download does not: the editor renders your stamp again, clean, as a transparent PNG, an SVG or a PDF. See the full template library.
Batch numbering is where a manual counter fails quietly. Somebody writes down the last one used, somebody else starts a run from a different sheet, and two batches end up sharing a number in a traceability chain that exists precisely to stop that.
What the editor gives you
- A batch prefix and a running number on one impression.
- A date alongside it, so the run is dated as well as numbered.
- Shared across a team without collisions, because the counter is server side.
- Separate sequences for separate stamps, so production and despatch stay apart.
Making one, step by step
- Open the stamp maker and pick a shape, or start from a template.
- Type your wording, then set the colour, border and size.
- Add the date, time, serial number or logo, and position each one.
- Preview it live, then download. Designing and previewing are free.
Questions people ask
Can several stations use the same batch stamp?
Yes. That is the case it is built for, and the row lock means simultaneous downloads are queued rather than given the same number.
Can I keep separate sequences for separate lines?
Yes. Save a stamp per line and each carries its own counter and its own prefix.
Does this replace a traceability system?
No. It issues numbers that cannot repeat. What each number refers to still has to be recorded somewhere, and that record is the actual control.
